We design, produce and sell self-cleaning smart cat litter boxes, WiFi pet feeders, pet water fountains, wet food feeders and provide OEM & ODM customized service for global pet merchants and individual consumers. This Privacy Policy governs all personal data collected via our official website, inquiry forms, email consultation, exhibition communication and supporting mobile APP for smart pet devices.

2.1 Voluntarily Provided Personal Data

When you contact us via Contact Us page, submit cooperation inquiry, subscribe newsletter or purchase our products, you may provide:

  • Shipping address, business address, exhibition booth info
  • Device binding data: WiFi account, pet feeding record, litter box usage log (when you connect smart devices to our APP)

Our smart cat litter box and feeder APP will record pet activity data. We will never collect facial biometric data of pets/owners without explicit consent.

We only use collected data for legitimate business purposes:
  1. Reply your product consultation, OEM/ODM quotation, after-sales support
  2. Process sample orders, mass production orders and global delivery arrangements
  3. Send product new arrivals, exhibition notices, pet equipment maintenance guides (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  4. Optimize website display, update smart litter box/feeder product introduction
  5. Maintain APP normal operation of WiFi pet devices, troubleshooting equipment failure
  6. Comply with Chinese customs, cross-border trade laws and overseas data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  7. Prevent fraud, unauthorized access and business dispute verification
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

  • Device APP data: Store until you unbind smart cat litter box/feeder or apply account deletion
  • Marketing contact info: Keep until you unsubscribe
After retention period expires, we will permanently anonymize or delete your data.

8. Minors Protection

Our website and smart pet products are sold to adults aged 18+. We do not intentionally collect information of users under 18. If you are a parent and find we hold minor’s data, contact us to delete immediately.
