3. User Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old, or represent a legally registered enterprise with complete business qualification for bulk cooperation.
2. All information you submit (name, company, contact, demand) must be true, accurate and complete.
3. You shall not use our website for illegal activities: counterfeit brand, fraud, malware spreading, competitor malicious inquiry.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• No user may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute website content for commercial use without our written authorization.
• Unauthorized resale, imitation of our patented smart pet equipment will constitute trademark & design infringement, we reserve the right to claim legal compensation.

5. Product & Order Terms (B2B & Retail)

1. Product Description: We strive to ensure accurate parameters, pictures and functions of auto litter boxes and feeders; minor color difference caused by display screen is not quality defect.
2. Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to modify product prices, MOQ (minimum order quantity) on website without prior notice; confirmed proforma invoice price remains valid.
3. Order Acceptance: We can refuse or cancel orders for suspicious fraud, excessive single-person quantity, unqualified buyer qualification. Sample orders are subject to freight borne by buyers unless agreed otherwise.
4. OEM Customization: Custom mold, logo printing service requires prepayment deposit; finished goods cannot be returned or exchanged without product quality problem.
5. Shipping & Customs: Buyers are responsible for destination country import duties, customs clearance formalities; we provide factory EXW, FOB shipping terms as negotiated.

6. Smart Device APP Service Terms

1. Our WiFi cat litter box and pet feeder rely on user home stable WiFi network; network failure caused equipment abnormality is not within our free warranty scope.
2. We provide free APP upgrade regularly, but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted server operation for force majeure reasons.
3. Users shall not crack, disassemble, modify the internal circuit of smart pet products, which will void all warranty rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Winpoint shall not be liable for indirect losses: lost profit, business interruption, market loss caused by delayed delivery under force majeure (natural disaster, port congestion, epidemic).
2. Our maximum compensation liability for defective products shall not exceed the total payment amount of the corresponding order.
3. We do not warrant our smart pet products fit special breeds over 8kg (Ti+M / T-Pro litter box applicable for 1.5-8kg cats only).

• Violate intellectual property clauses
• Submit false cooperation information
• Fail to fulfill payment obligations for sample/bulk orders
• Maliciously attack our website or APP server
